This Return and Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all customers.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you notice any issues so that we can resolve them quickly.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect). Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method—cash on delivery (COD) refunds will be issued as store credit or by replacement product, depending on your preference. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as sleeping bags, travel pillows, or other personal-use products, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customized or special-order items are also non-returnable.

Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Replacement products will be shipped once the returned item has been received and verified.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may proceed with a return after receiving it if it meets the return criteria.
